BRITA PURITY C1100 Finest Filter

The 6,000 litre BRITA filter is designed for coffee beverages and effectively removes limescale, chlorine, heavy metals and small particles from water. With a maximum operating pressure of 2 to 8.6 bar and a VERTICAL operating position, the filter works in four steps: prefiltration, where coarse particles are removed; reduction of the total water hardness, which prevents limescale build-up; active carbon filtration, which improves the taste and aroma of the water; and fine filtration, which removes the remaining fine particles.

BRITA Systematic makes water softer in four steps:

1 Prefiltering

The prefilter collects coarse particles.

2 Reduces total hardness

The intermediate filter reduces the total hardness of water and visibly reduces limescale and gypsum deposits.

3 Active carbon filtration

All the water passes through an active carbon filter to reduce the content of substances that impair taste and aroma.

4 Fine filtering

The final filtration process collects the remaining fine particles.
