BRITA PURITY C 500 iQ Finest Filter

The BRITA PURITY C 500 iQ Finest is a powerful filter specifically designed to ensure high quality water to make coffee and other beverages. With a filtration capacity of up to 4,000 litres at a total hardness of 10°TH and flexible operation at a pressure from 2 to 8.6 bar, it allows the consistent and efficient removal of limescale, chlorine, heavy metals and fine particles. The system operates in four filtering stages: prefiltration for coarse particles, total hardness reduction with an ion exchanger, active carbon filtration to improve the taste, and fine filtration to capture the remaining fine particles.

Maximum working pressure: from 2 bar to 8.6 bar

Working position: VERTICAL

The filter removes limescale, chlorine, heavy metals and small particles from water.
BRITA Systematic makes water softer in four steps:

1 Prefiltering

The prefilter collects coarse particles.

2 Reduces total hardness

The intermediate filter reduces the total hardness of water and visibly reduces limescale and gypsum deposits.

3 Active carbon filtration

All the water passes through an active carbon filter to reduce the content of substances that impair taste and aroma.

4 Fine filtering

The final filtration process collects the remaining fine particles.
