The Problem: Sensitive appliances with an ultra-fine steam dispenser require special attention. Even the smallest blockage in the tubing reduces the quality of the final product and must be removed, which causes unwanted maintenance costs. Limescale build-up in the chamber has a negative effect on cooking/baking results and requires additional cleaning.

The Solution: The Purity Steam filter has been developed specifically for the extremely sensitive parts inside an oven and ensures long, reliable and high quality functioning of your oven. The reliable BRITA Systematic filter technology decarbonises water in three steps:

1 Prefiltering

The prefilter retains coarse particles.

2 Reducing carbonate hardness

The intermediate filter reduces carbonate hardness to prevent limescale deposits. It also retains substances that impair flavour and aroma.

3 Fine filtering

The final filtration process collects any remaining fine particles.

The IntelliBypass technology enables a constant water flow rate in the bypass, regardless of the volumetric flow. This ensures that the water quality is always the same, especially when less water is passing through the bypass in a given period of time.
