1 Prefiltering

The prefilter collects coarse particles.

2 Reducing carbonate hardness

The intermediate filter reduces carbonate hardness to prevent limescale build-up.

3 Active carbon filtration

All the water – including the water in the bypass – passes through an active carbon filter, which reduces the content of substances that impair taste.

4 Fine filtering

The final filtration process collects the remaining fine particles.
