In our portfolio we offer products suitable for coffee machines, convection ovens, dishwashers, a solution for an entire professional kitchen, and we also solve drinking water problems in your home kitchen.
You do not need any prior knowledge of filters. Just specify your problem, choose the area where you need filtration, and we will choose the right filter for your needs. The first installation of the filter at your location will be carried out by one of our technicians to ensure that the filter is professionally installed. They will perform a basic analysis of the water at your location, select the correct flow rate at the filter head and install the filter. After that, the preparation of your professional products can begin.
Your only task is to monitor and record the water volume at the flow meter and let us know when the filter capacity is within about 500 litres of the end of the filter life. (We also offer the PURITY C iQ solution, which monitors the capacity volume per site and automatically reports to our database when the cartridge needs to be changed.)
As our company is environmentally conscious and committed to protecting the environment, we ask you to save all the used cartridges and deliver them to us, as they will be recycled and reused.
In addition to servicing BRITA filters, we also offer servicing for vertical paper, cardboard and film presses. We work with top experts who are specialised and experienced in servicing presses.
In addition to BRITA filters, our company offers full customer support. For any questions you may have, we are available every day from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. You can access all our employee information by clicking on the “Contact us” button.
Frequently asked questions:
Can I use BRITA for the whole house?
No, we do not offer such solutions.
Do you offer drinking water solutions?
Yes. We install the filter in your kitchen (under the sink, on the cold water inlet) so you can get drinking water straight from the tap.
Can I use a single BRITA filter for several devices?
It is not recommended, as the water must be filtered differently for each type of device.
Does the filter collect too many minerals from the water for good coffee making?
No, because before installing the filter we analyse the water and, based on the results, set the bypass on the filter head to optimise the water for your beverages.
Can the filter be installed on the hot water inlet?
No. The water temperature cannot exceed 30 degrees Celsius (dishwasher up to 60 degrees).
We have very hard water and would like to soften it. Is this advisable?
For your body, NO.
For your device, YES.
What happens if I install a filter without analysing the water?
The filter will not function properly, which could lead to poor quality products and appliance failure.
