BRITA PURITY C 500 Steam Filter

A special filter used only for convection ovens. The filter removes limescale, chlorine, heavy metals and small particles from water.

At 10 KH it filters 4,675 litres, so it is recommended for smaller convection ovens (up to 6 trays).

The reliable BRITA Systematic filter technology decarbonises water in four steps:

1 Prefiltering

The prefilter collects coarse particles.

2 Reducing carbonate hardness

The intermediate filter reduces carbonate hardness to prevent limescale build-up.

3 Active carbon filtration

The water passes through an active carbon filter to reduce the content of substances that impair taste and aroma.

4 Fine filtering

The final filtration process collects the remaining fine particles.
